Shipping

We only ship to private end customers within the European Union.

 

Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the shipment. Postage free shipping within Germany from an order value of 24.00 EUR, in the rest of the EU from 50.00 EUR..

 

Delivery

Within Germany, the ordered goods will be delivered by Deutsche Post Maxibrief or UPS, depending on weight, number of items and volume. Unfortunately it is not possible to ship to packing stations. International shipping is only possible via UPS.

 

Delivery times

The delivery will be made within the period of time indicated on the respective article detail page (working days Monday to Saturday, general holidays excluded) after conclusion of the contract.
If several goods are ordered, the latest delivery time of the items in the shopping cart is decisive for the calculation of the delivery time.

 

Payment methods

In order to make your purchase as easy and secure as possible, we have stored the following payment methods: PayPal, direct debit (SEPA-compliant), credit card, payment by instalments.

 

Prepayment

With this payment method you will receive our bank details by e-mail after your order. Please then transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. The delivery of the goods will be effected immediately after receipt of payment. The goods will be reserved for you for 7 days. If no payment has been received after this period, the goods will be released and your order will be cancelled.

 

PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the PayPal online portal with your access data. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process or directly under PayPal.

 

Direct debit (SEPA compliant)

We draw the invoice amount of your order from your deposited bank account after the transacted order.

 

Credit card

 You can easily pay by Visa or Mastercard credit card.
